DELIVERY & RETURNS

FREE UK DELIVERY
All of our products are made-to-order and have an estimated lead time of 6-12 weeks. We do our best to delivery before.
Once your order is ready, we will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time that is convenient for you.
All deliveries are made via a white glove service, which includes in-home delivery and assembly.
We offer free delivery within a certain radius from our store location, additional charges may apply for deliveries outside of this radius.

Since all of our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns unless there is a defect or damage with the product.
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange for a replacement or repair.
Custom orders, such as products made to specific dimensions or with specific finishes, are not eligible for returns.
Please note that natural variations in wood grain, color, and texture are not considered defects and are to be expected in handmade furniture.
