DELIVERY POLICY
- FREE UK DELIVERY
- All of our products are made-to-order and have an estimated lead time of 6-12 weeks. We do our best to delivery before.
- Once your order is ready, we will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time that is convenient for you.
- All deliveries are made via a white glove service, which includes in-home delivery and assembly.
- We offer free delivery within a certain radius from our store location, additional charges may apply for deliveries outside of this radius.
RETURNS POLICY
- Since all of our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns unless there is a defect or damage with the product.
- If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange for a replacement or repair.
- Custom orders, such as products made to specific dimensions or with specific finishes, are not eligible for returns.
- Please note that natural variations in wood grain, color, and texture are not considered defects and are to be expected in handmade furniture.
